On this particular night we decided to take a stroll across Italy. With the help from the top chef Totino of Northern Italy and Tony of the rustic South we created something any Italian could raise a glass to. Combining Pasta, Pizza roles, aromatic tomato gravy, mozzarella sticks, and mozzarella bread sticks we almost out Crayed ourselves. After tossing our mixture together, we topped it with more mozzarella and parmesan. It became a battle of wills between the mound of cheese and us, i unfortunately was slain early on while Seth and Matt ventured forth. Eventually only one was left standing, Matt walked away with the victory.... but the cheese mound wasnt done and soon came back in the form of cold sweats and wet mouth. I think overall no one was a winner in this. Italy however has a new national dish.
